One of downtown San Francisco’s most sought-after locations
225 Bush
225 Bush offers prime office space in one of downtown San Francisco’s most sought-after locations. The building was designed by world-renowned architect George W. Kelham for John D. Rockefeller and constructed in the 1920’s as the Standard Oil Building. Upon its completion in 1922, it was the tallest building to grace San Francisco’s skyline for over three decades.
225 Bush features many of its original design details, along with many modern upgrades to enhance the space and better serve today’s tenants.
In 2020, the 225 Bush Property Management Team was awarded the Kingsley Excellence Award, recognizing outstanding performance and tenant satisfaction.
